Founder: Dina Shen.
Dina Shen is an excellent teacher with enthusiasm. She always knows how
to design each of her lessons to be interesting and understandable. She can
successfully lead her students to learn the most within the shortest amount
of time without feeling its difficulty. She highly cares about each of her
students. She wants all of them to enjoy her every lesson.
When she was in 6th Grade, she started to teach her classmates. She
helped them understand whatever they couldn’t understand during the
lessons. All her teachers said that she was a natural born teacher.
As time went on, she got used to teaching her classmates every afternoon.
All her classmates said that they enjoyed her teaching style very much!
When she was in 8th grade, her principal decided to send her to another
middle school to teach the 6th and 7th grades for 2 months. She taught
them Chinese Language Arts, English, and Music. She found that teaching is
so meaningful to her. This experience inspired her to become a great teacher
later on.
Later on, she graduated from Teacher’s College. During her four years there,
she won the 1st Prize scholarship each year. She enjoyed reading, writing,
editing newspapers, singing and all kinds of sports. Before she graduated
from Teacher's College, she was invited to teach on a TV program for adults
in Correspondence College. In the next 3 years, she was said to be an
excellent teacher, the best teacher of the year.
She always believes that everyone has the ability to learn. It's not the
students' fault if they couldn't grasp the lesson, it's the teacher's fault. The
teacher has to make it easier and more interesting for the student to learn.
Dina Shen came to America in 1990 and joined an international trading
company. Two years later, she started her own trading business and made it
very successful. After 20 years in the industry, she decided to go back to her
real passion...teaching.
Based on her experience and knowledge, she has spent lots of time creating
this unique program to teach all the new beginners how to learn Chinese
faster, easier, and in a shorter amount of time.
A Word From The Creator:
I've always enjoyed being a teacher. I love to help people and I don't want
to see anybody fail in trying to learn Chinese. It's my mission to make
learning this new language easier and much more effective. Learning
Mandarin Chinese isn't easy, but if I can teach it to you in a very efficient
manner, I believe you’ll say that it's easy.
